Load-Out and Transport of UPM and HVDC modules for Johan Sverdrup Phase II

During April and May 2021, the Heavy Deck Semi Submersible Barge BOAbarge 34 (140M x 36M x 8.54M) completed the load-out and transport of the UPM and HVDC modules for the JSPII project for Charterers Aibel AS.
Each module weighing 7000T and 5000T were loaded out by the use of BOAbarge 34 internal ballast system (2 x 3000m3) at Haugesund.
After the load-out BOAbarge 34 was towed to a sheltered position in Gismarvik where the modules where offloaded and merged with the MSF base module by the HLV Sleipnir.
