In January 2025, Boabarge 35 was contracted for the load-transfer and load-in of the Munin modules and sections at EPC contractor Aibel AS facilities in Haugesund, Norway. The Munin platform is part of the greater Yggdrasil development operated by Aker BP and will set a new standard in offshore developments with remote-controlled and unmanned platforms.
The Munin modules and sections arriving by HLV from Thailand was load-transferred onto Boabarge 35 before shifted and loaded in at the load-in quay. In adverse winter conditions the operations were successfully completed two days ahead of planned schedule by the use of Boabarge 35 high-capacity internal ballast system (2 x 3000m3/h).
