These measures ensure an inclusive, diverse environment that aligns with the Act’s mission to protect fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.

To support employee welfare, BOA receives subsidies from the Norwegian Maritime Directorate, specifically aimed at retaining Norwegian maritime personnel. This financial support not only strengthens our workforce but also aligns with the Act’s emphasis on decent and secure working conditions for all employees.

Furthermore, BOA has established transparency and accountability at every level of our management. Our Directors & Officers (D&O) insurance safeguards the leadership team from personal liability, ensuring integrity and accountability in decision-making. In alignment with the Act’s transparency requirements, BOA will publish a detailed report on human rights practices and working conditions for all subsidiaries, underscoring our commitment to responsible and ethical operations.

Through these efforts, BOA demonstrates a strong dedication to meeting the expectations of the Norwegian Transparency Act. We strive to operate responsibly within the offshore industry, promoting transparency, ethical conduct, and respect for human rights across all aspects of our business.
